These terms of service (referred to below as "the Terms of Use") are only applicable to the website under http://www.colonfreezone.com/ posted by Focus Publications (Int.), S.A. (referred to below as "the Company"). Please note that specific pages or material on the Company's website may have their own individual conditions. Use of such specific pages or material on the Company's website is subject to such individual conditions as well as the Terms of Use. In case of any conflict between any conditions of the Terms of Use and such individual conditions, such individual conditions prevail.

6. Applicable Laws and Court of Jurisdiction

Except where otherwise stipulated, the laws of the Rep. of Panama shall apply to the use of the Company's website and the implementation of the Terms of Use.
